As Marketing Communications Manager, you will be closely working with the Industrial segments (Utilities, Marine, Oil & Gas, Mining) segment marketing leaders, product line managers, key account sales managers and participating CSOs to develop and implement compelling selected season (campaign) topics.
Your key deliverables :
Work with EMEA Campaign and Demand Center Manager, Segment Manager, Key Account Sales Managers and participating CSOs to input and track budgets for the Industrial segments season activities in central budgeting application
Participate in the NPI (New Product Introduction) process to ensure all relevant BU product launches are fully incorporated in Season plans supporting the Industrial segments and promoted to relevant decision makers in the right format depending on the stage in the buying cycle
Support the relative segment leaders with the development of specific personas and micro-personas that guide all communications, activities and the optimum mix of media
Work with country marketing communications and sales teams to ensure successful implementation of seasons in the region
Work closely with key accounts sales leaders to develop and implement a clear account marketing planning framework covering: goal setting, audience identification, insight requirements of target accounts, content development and engagement planning and execution.
- Minimum bachelor level degree with postgraduate qualification in marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and marketing communications areas in B2B environment, ideally in power distribution area
- Strong understanding of modern digital marketing
- Agile, learner and strong understanding of large account sales
