Aftermarket Product Sales Manager

Job Description

Eaton’s Fuel and Motion Control Systems division, a part of our Aerospace Sector, is currently seeking an Aftermarket Product Sales Manager our join our team. This position is based at our Grand Rapids, MI facility.


The Aftermarket Product Sales Manager is responsible for conducting market assessments, monitoring, and analysis to develop and manage a high quality portfolio of aftermarket opportunities that support the facility’s intake and sales goals.  In this role, you will actively direct and support the Division and Aftermarket Sales Managers in securing new aftermarket business aligned with FMC’s strategic and portfolio objectives.

  • You will interface with Sales/Marketing, Customer Service, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Distribution teams to meet the present and future needs of the aftermarket to ensure resources are aligned with aftermarket requirements and growth goals

  • You will monitor key customer, aircraft platform and part number buying indicators including MRO budgets and future system upgrade plans

  • You will manage the new opportunity pipeline for the Grand Rapids facility

  • You will lead and/or support key Aftermarket initiatives and projects to advance and grow the aftermarket business at Eaton

  • You will lead ProLaunch teams through Phase 0 and 1 and participating throughout the balance of aftermarket NPD projects

  • You will provide accurate and timely market and competitive intelligence, including pricing and competitive standing

  • You will develop sales support materials, promotion, and training for global campaigns on targeted aftermarket programs

  • You will develop and maintain Aftermarket pricing strategies for the site

  • You will work with the Manager, Strategic Sourcing & Global Trading to grow the parts trading business
