Eaton’s Residential Wiring Devices division is currently seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Peachtree City, GA facility.

 

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for proactively supporting the sales and profit potential of the assigned Retail accounts with the objective of maximizing sales, profitability and distribution. In this role, you will optimize business performance in order to achieve company goals (including - sales, profit, new item listings and service).

  • You will responsible for assigned aspects of account management including meeting assigned sales targets, maximizing profitability

  • You will partner with account to identify new needs and enable account satisfaction through superior customer service, account management and data management

  • You will create and delivers creative account presentations to achieve incremental opportunities

  • You will develop strategic business partnerships, which influence divisional plans, supporting business programs and growth

  • You will guide other internal functions in understanding and acting upon account, consumer and industry insights

  • You will gain insight to internal organizational structure of assigned account to maximize communication for all functional areas and increase efficiencies of partnership

  • You will adapt knowledge of account strategies to divisional strategy to optimize sales potential

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required

  • Minimum 3 year’ experience in sales or account management

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electrical/construction industry

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.

     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate ability to work cross functionality

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role that demonstrates analytical and leadership abilities

  • Ability to analyze sales data trends, interpret patterns and formulate go forward strategies

  • Ability to lead and influence multifunctional team without direct reporting relationship

  • Strong drive for results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • VISTA, SAP, and Bidmanager experience is a plus
