We are looking for HR Manager in Eaton’s Corporate Division, based in Melbourne Australia.

Reporting to the ANSEA MD with functional reporting to HR Director of APAC for IS, the HR Manager will be responsible for leading a successful HR function, focusing on both the strategic and operational requirements for ANZ IS business. You will partner with business leaders to develop strategies focused on leading key deliverables of key organizational programs including cultural development and employee engagement, change management, organizational design, succession planning and talent management, development and training, remuneration and benefits and diversity.
Support ANSEA Managing Director in driving high performance culture, developing and implement HR strategies to align to the overall business strategy. Innovative leadership of the HR function across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Champion company culture, collaboration and innovation across the business. Maximize employee engagement to ensure increased talent attraction, retention and development.
Review and analysis of people data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
Responsible in business partnering with leadership team members to build and develop leadership standards, to support and resolve employee issues.
Work with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Shared Services Team to ensure talent and administrative needs are regularly reviewed and the employee experience is seamless. Ensure all people operational and administrative activities for carried-out in adherence to local standards.
Develop a learning organization, by focusing on the development of skills and experiences the business needs as well as enabling individuals to grow personally and professionally.
Provide counsel to employees and managers on a range of HR issues.
Manage through EBS as core processes to drive and align KEY business processes to execute on the organisational effort, including continuous improvement cycles
Execute and align organisational efforts through annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan cycles
Remain visible across the organisation, including 101, round tables and access to remote sites to ensure appropriate organisation temperature and action plans can be developed to achieve a vibrant and performing organization.
If you have:
Education: Degree in Human Resources or Business (with HR major) with at least 10 years HR working experience, recruiting, training and employee relationship related experience will be preferred
Being passionate with HR work and working initiative, teamwork-oriented with highly responsibility
Strong inter-personnel skill, communication and organizational skill, able to work independently
Good problem solving and can execute HR strategic into effective daily HR work, accurately and in a timely manner
Broad knowledge of the full suite of HR related areas including Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, Policy Management, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Engagement and Employee Development
Basic understanding of the business financials as they relate to organizational decision making, reward and recognition programs
- Must be up to date with Australia and New Zealand Employment Laws
