Distribution Center Manager
Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking a Distribution Center Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Fontana, CA facility.
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for an order fulfillment distribution center and providing functional excellence support for the divisional facilities.

You will ensure product receipt, storage, and order fulfillment operations run efficiently through the optimization of resources and processes while achieving key safety, quality, cost, and engagement performance.
You will drive the operation, development, and implementation of key processes to ensure compliance within company policies and procedures.
You will lead employee initiatives to create and promote an environment where team members are involved, empowered, and committed to the success of the company through the use of continual process improvement tools (such as Lean and Six Sigma)

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a distribution center operation
- Minimum of 2 years people management experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Lean / Six Sigma experience with fully integrated and automated Warehouse Management Systems both for core process and slotting Experience with Transportation Management Systems
- Experience with quality systems and ISO certification
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Bilingual in Spanish language
