We established Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center in 2015 where more than 600 people are working on what matters. Our mission is to provide high value services to support internal and external customers across Eaton’s Electrical, Hydraulics, and Corporate functions in EMEA.


As a member of the Administrative Center of Excellence, you will actively promote collaboration, support the standardization of processes, optimize services, share best practices and drive for continuous improvement within ACOE in line with Eaton’s EBS principles and One Eaton Vision. You will be the first point of contact for Budapest BSC by promoting Eaton’s signature through best in class welcoming, guiding and informing external and internal Eaton visitors. You will also be responsible to support Budapest BSC Management and employees in fulfilling administrative tasks as described below.



You will make a difference by:


  • Managing the reception (welcoming and assisting visitors, inform and support external / internal visitors

  • Managing the mailbox

  • Managing the main phone station

  • Facilitating the management ticketing systems

  • Managing the car fleet (Liaise with lease providers for car delivery/return. Coordinate tires change, car maintenance, repair and cleaning)

  • Orientating the new joiners

  • Managing event logistics – arrange catering, meeting room reservation, transfer arrangements for visitors and internal BSC events

  • Being the first point of contacts for vendors companies

  • Handling staff-related administration: track and update headcount / office space status, maintain newcomer inventory

  • Handling facility issues (e.g. electricity, water, air conditioning, furniture) to maintain a pleasant office environment

  • Cooperating closely with EHS and taking actions to make the office compliant with Eaton safety guidelines and Hungarian law requirements

  • Handling postage, courier administration and arrangements

  • Handling badge permissions and photo ID badges

  • Ordering business cards, kitchen and stationery supplies

  • Assisting in planning new office areas and finalizing for moving in after constructions works

  • Holding ultimate responsibility over ensuring clean and well equipped office space

  • Working  with facility management groups to address issues around office environment



Your experience matters:

  • Minimum high school degree, college or university degree is preferable

  • 1 -3 year Service Center experience is preferable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian

  • Customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and ability to set priorities and work under pressure

  • Has to be able to pay attention to details

  • Has to be initiative, creative and flexible

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products

  • Ability to interact professionally with various levels of management, inclusive of the LT, in the organization and across various divisions

  • Must be confident, professional and organized

  • Ability to persuade and influence others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external
