This position is required to support managing the effectiveness of customer master and contact master data through data analysis. There is a growing need to structure and improve contact data. This is due to legal regulations (e.g. GDPR), but as well to make contact data more usable, visible, and meaningful to sales and marketing teams. This will happen by governing and controlling the data creation in the systems, by validating the existing data, and by matching the common data sets in the different systems.
Your essential responsibilities:
Work directly with the sales and marketing teams in ES EMEA to improve the contact data in Eloqua and C360.
Support the sales and marketing teams in uploading the contact data into Eloqua, out of C360 or via a defined uploading process.
Ensure uploaded records are ready to use in a timely manner and compliant to legal regulation.
Prepare the contact data from various sources in a structured overview to enable sales and marketing teams to validate the information. Ensure the validated changes are entered in a timely manner.
Support the contact data matching process (Eloqua/ERP data) to identified active customers.
Simplify the contact data matching process and support the development of an automated matching process.
Support the integration of contact data into a central data hub (TPH).
Enter and manage customer master data in SAP, Oracle and other ERP systems based upon documented processes and inputs from Customer Service, Accounts receivable, Sales representative and Credit Management.
Contribute to improve the ERP customer creation and maintenance process for Electrical EMEA.
Discover and interpret data gaps and anomalies in contact and account master data.
If you are/have:
Any Bachelor’s Degree 4-5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Data Governance.
Knowledge of Process Automations, Process Improvements.
Well verse with Excel functions and formulae and aptitude to learn Visual basic.
Data visualization and discovery technics.
Expertise in MS-Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of Database Management concepts and basic SQL experience.
Co-ordinate with different functional heads/personnel as per the need and able to take other tasks which would be assigned time to time.
