Eaton’s Lighting division is currently seeking a Specification Connected and Lighting North to join our team.

This position is based at our Monterrey facility.
 

This position will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the Customer Experience Shared Services team located in Monterrey, Mexico. This position will work closely with the Customer Experience management team in Peachtree City, Georgia. The selected candidate will perform the following duties:  supervision of personnel, activity accuracy, process development and training, additional enhancement and process improvement initiatives for the shared services team members.Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. Some activities related with the position will be:

  1. Supervise Team Members
  2. Implement and Maintain Performance Metrics
  3. Develop and Maintain effective relationship with US Customer Experience team members
  4. Lead and Implement Lean initiatives as identified by team members
  5. Communication with plant personnel, sales team, agents, distributors and end users as needed
  6. Assess, coach and develop team members to strengthen their technical and business skills
  7. Develop and Retain top quality personnel, who excel at providing customer value through the execution of processes, commercial savvy and effective relationship building with internal and external customer

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelor degree or technical career is required. 

Minimum 3 years supervisor of people experience

Minimum 3 years customer support or interaction experience

High Ability to speak, write, and read English

Project management skill to lead and work in matrix project teams and deal with multiple stakeholder
