Job Description

A.

Achieve CBI sales target:

Ø   Responsible for monthly and quarterly sales target

Ø   Responsible for margin control

B.

Distributor management:

Ø   Managing existing sales channel, support and lead partner to grow business

Ø   Establish new sales channel

C.

Establish Fuse business in JP

Ø   Panel builder / OEM /  business focusing

Ø   Commercial and industrial projects focusing, EV projects focusing

D.

Introduce competitive Busmann fuse products to JP market:

Ø   Analyze the JP power distribution business and able to launch new products in JP market

Ø   Conduct market price analysis and competitor product analysis.

E.

Design in and spec in Bussmann fuse products to projects

Ø   Directly to end user or manufacturer

Ø   Indirectly through partners to end user or manufacturer

 


Qualifications

  • 10 years working experience in power distribution related business, fuse sales background preferred.

  • Experiences in working with UPS/PCS manufacturer (TMEIC, Fuji….),  panel builder, electrical consultant, and contractor are mandatory

  • Experience in working from electrical component distributor as sales selling imported electrical components.

  • Able to do distributor management for sales target meeting and stock planning

  • Able to establish sales channel/distributor

  • English language communication skills in writing and speaking

  • Technical expertise of power distribution products especially fuse.

  • Electrical background is preferred.
