Eaton Power Quality located in Warsaw has opening for :



Locations: Warsaw

Essential Functions:
  • Preparation of offers for services (UPS upgrade, battery change parts, other replacement) 

  • Assistance in optimizing of internal service processes

  • Intensive customer relationshipp management

  • Ensure the administrative management of the exchanges under guarantee in ERP system

  • Organize, if necessary, on-site ESF interventions and ensure the interface between the ESF and the client

  • Transfer to the Eaton technical experts' team files requiring a particular level of expertise

  • Creating invoices
  • Creating PO for spares


  • Technical University degree in electric or electronic,
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of Eaton Electric products,
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Knowledge of computer skills, in particular MsOffice, Oracle
  • Ease of establishing interpersonal contacts,
  • Good English (both spoken and written),
  • Fluent in Polish
