Creation of Project File (Physical & Server)
Handover from Project office to Engineering and tracking of Engineering Freeze Dates
Creation and Maintenance of Project Control Summaries, which include details as per the Purchase order, Estimated Cost & Tracking of Prog Billing vs Sale Recognition Invoices
Backorder Report Review and updating of Syspro System with Accurate delivery dates.
Creation of Picking slips and Delivery notes on the Syspro System
Invoicing according to Billing Millstone as per customer Contracts
Maintaining HWN Sequence Control Sheet
Checking ESS Africa Email box
Assist with updating Project Schedules
All communication requests by Project Team to Customer, i.e CE, Early Warning, FAT Invitation.
Continually maintaining HWN data in Syspro.
Assist with Project cost accounting, Tracking of Scope changes and Variation orders.
Customer Survey report, tracking and feedback.
Assist with Export Logistic Documentation
Meeting Minutes and Follow up’s on action items- Gate Reviews, Project Meeting, and Customer Meetings Etc.
Maintenance of document register internal and external
Filing documentation per project
Controls issuance of document numbers (QCP’s)
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving
Prepares document transmittals for clients
Prepares FAT books hard and soft copies
Prepares Data books hard and soft copies
Catalogues information for data books
Prepares communication matrix
General Assistance as and when required by Management.
- Grade 12 and 2 years ‘relevant experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent communication skills (English)
