The primary function is leading engineering projects to meet defined goals.


You will work within our world class Technical Team in our Espoo Site. The Espoo site is part of the Power Quality Business. We are a center of excellence for Eaton’s 3-phase UPS business for the EMEA region. Our operations in Espoo cover not only production of 3-phase UPS devices, but also R&D, pre- and after sales support as well as the business development arm of the business.


Your key deliverables:


  • You will set goals and leads projects to meet their goals

  • Setting person (subproject) level objectives for project team members

  • You will communicate with in & outside project team

  • You will report project status regularly

  • Plans and follows project cost and resources

  • Prepares for project milestone approvals

  • You will make project plan proposals

  • You will develop project and product development processes, tools and methods

  • You will create product specification (with help of product management / R&D colleagues)

  • You will give technical supervision and write, review plans and specifications


Are you?




  • Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics

  • Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience

  • Knowledge of tools for project management: MS-project, Excel, resource planning tools

  • Principle understanding of phase gate process and Scrum

  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication skills and influencing skills




  • General understanding of power electronics

  • Experience in global collaboration
