EMEA Warranty Administrator
Your primary function is acting as central coordinator for customer warranty claim from start to closure of the claims in the EMEA region for our Hydraulics business division.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring claims are timely adjudicated, according to claim critical levels and customer/business priorities. You will be accountable to close out claims with customers in a way that converts the complaint into a positive experience for the customer after all. You will also be responsible to analyze credit notes to grant to customer for accepted warranty claims and to analyze debit notes from customer related to pending warranty claims, and to coordinate actions with internal teams to validate or reject the debits and communicate the decision to Finance team and to customers.
You will make a difference by:
Screening customer claim request before claim can be opened
Administering claims according to warranty process
Administering warranty claims for special customers
Administering Warranty return inventory
Providing issue resolution recommendation to team leaders, Functional and Operational Management
Acting as back up for the Warranty deduction specialist
Accumulating, reviewing and assessing documentary evidence & commercial considerations supporting customer claims – resulting in debits or credits
Work experience of 3 to 5 years
Experience in Customer Service (order management) and issue resolution
Knowledge / working experience with Production databases (MFGpro, Pharos) and basics of order entry
Language skills: English, German
Ability to work cross-functionally and pro-active to solve customer issues
Detailed minded, metric driven, analytical skills
