Senior Sales Representative - EPC -- Houston, TX
Eaton’s Electrical Product Group is currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative – EPC for its Crouse Hinds Division to join our team. This position is based at our Houston, TX facility.
The Senior Sales Representative - EPC is responsible for the development and realization of an EPC sales plan. In this role, you will develop and execute a Regional Operating Plan (ROP) built on input from sales representatives, agents, channel partners, EPCs, and end-users that focuses on growth from EPC/buying agent activities, specification influence, and New Product Introduction (NPI) opportunities.

You will develop EPC sales plans to obtain a greater share of the market
You will obtain orders on selected, assigned accounts to meet or exceed assigned quotas with a travel schedule as required
You will plan and allocate time for sales activities with each distributor, major account, and to each major job, in an assigned territory or on assigned accounts based on sales potential
You will investigate and report on new product potential, competitive conditions and market possibilities in order that immediate action may be taken.
You will develop and conduct training seminars with end-users, Contractors, Agents, C-H direct sales teams and distributors to grow the business and strengthen specification talent and expertise.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
Minimum 3 years managing and selling to Engineering Procurement Construction Coporations in the Oil and Gas or heavy industrial markets.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.
No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the following Eaton location: Houston, TX
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Technical Sales from an accredited institution
5+ years’ experience managing and selling to Engineering Procurement Construction Corporations in the Oil and Gas or heavy industrial markets
