HRS Contact Center Analyst
Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a HRS Contact Center Analyst to join our team.
The HRS Contact Center Analyst is responsible for supervising a group of buyers to execute their purchasing functions and meet FED/ FMC Division Metrics and to drive continuous improvement in supply chain while utilizing the framework of the Eaton Business System (EBS) and the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF).
Both the lead buyer and the buyers will report to the Purchasing Site Manager.

Some activities related with the position will be:
Answer calls, research issues and respond to employees within service level agreements
Escalate cases as appropriate and ensure closure
Respond to other avenues of cases (click to chat, cases, etc.)
Ensure HRDA transactions are processed in a timely manner
Manage personnel files and ensure accurately maintained
Process cases that have been assigned
- Ad hoc report generation
- Administration of new HR processes
- Interview Schedule
- General Communication support
- Other duties as assigned.
Perform all job functions with adherence to Eaton Philosophy & Values.
Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related areas.
- 1+ years of experience in HR
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Process Management
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
