Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Associate Representative Sales Support.join our team.

This position is based at our Guadalajara facility.

The Order Service Specialist is responsible for will enter orders into SAP system in an accurate and timely manner, while maintaining quality standards and meeting the expectations of the customer and product groups and will communicate directly with Customer Service Representatives, Engineers, Proposal Analysts and Inside Sales Representatives.

Some activities related with the position will be:

  • Timely and accurate order entry into SAP that meets the requirements of our customers and product groups

  • Responsible for interdepartmental communication regarding all orders

  • Interface and cross train with a particular product group (Transformer Products or Components & Protective Equipment or Distribution Switchgear or Power Capacitors) for specialized product knowledge.

  • Order clarification – part of factories ISO processes for catching errors before production begins. Identify purchase order pricing or quantity discrepancies, quotation or blanket validity date expirations.

  • Maintain customer master data; Ship to’s, Partner Relationships, Header Text, Customer Material Info Record

  • Add pricing conditions to sales orders for sales credit and commission payments, as required

Required Qualifications:
  • Bacherlor Degree
  • One year supporting customers in a manufacturing environment
  • SAP, English skills, Microsoft office
  • Customer service oriented, commitment, strong communication skills
