Job Description

Eaton's Fluid & Electrical Distribution Division is currently seeking a Receiver to join our team. This position is based at our Glenolden, PA facility. 


The Receiver’s primary function is to ensure timely disposition of work orders for the Shop.  This function is also responsible for receiving all packages as well as delivering bill of material and non-bill of material orders to the proper destination (no forklift utilized in this role - only hand truck and dolly's used).

  • You will pull stock bars for Shop work orders, if material requires cutting use of the band saw is necessary. 

  • You will receive incoming purchase orders and bar stock.
  • You will maintain accurate records of all material transactions. 

  • You will ensure inventory is utilized on a first I, first out basis.

  • You will operate an overhead crane
  • You will place inspection ticket with parts for inventory storage after receipt is made

  • You will accurately identify and store materials at designated locations

Required (Basic) Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution

  • No relocation is being offered for this position.  Only candidates that currently reside with the immediate geographical area of Glenolden, PA (50 miles) will be considered.

  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR).  All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR.  ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident (I.e. 'green Card Holder'), Political Asylee or refugee. 

  • Must be able to work without company sponsorship
