Six Sigma - Black Belt

In this role you will:
Execute initiates in all functional areas to achieve Cost Out Target for site and Corporate, aligned with company strategy
Lead cost out process and support the target setting per year in site; project identification, functional department target set and define continuous improvement process
Contribute in the EBS Pull to ensure targets and action lines are aligned with the strategy, ensuring projects are defined on critical opportunities
Execute initiatives in the organization to improve the Eaton Lean Six Sigma culture impacting in High five operation metrics
Stablish six sigma strategies to develop functional people in the deployment of Continuous improvement systems and supporting business capability
Support project management in site to ensure key challenges area achieving trough methodologies that improve performance in site
Develop advance analysis to ensure the right focalization are known based on key metrics
Lead and support key problems solving to ensure customer expectations area meet and achieve high five metrics
Lead Monthly COP review to define actions plan to achieve monthly targets
Plans and deploy training people in core Tools application to achieve performance metrics
Trains Kaizen team leaders to facilitate events. Coordinates and drives a structured closure process on follow-up activities.
Support Profit Plan Achievement and define processes for the opportunities identification of in site
Has the ability to lead and train diverse teams.
Supports sharing of best practices as result of internal and external benchmarking activities.
Participates as a member of Eaton Continuous Improvement Council.
Implements, promotes and maintains a safe work environment by implementing a culture of accidents prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and application of rules. Identify, control and administer risk and danger in own area.
Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

Industrial Engineering degree or related fields required. (Quality, Statistics, preferred)
English – language capability, speaking, reading and writing required.
5 years’ experience in Lean Six Sigma and Financial knowledge
Six Sigma Black belt is required
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Solid knowledge of engineering techniques & manufacturing processes
Knowledge of the manufacturing process and basic machine tool concepts.
Knowledge of behavioral science, including the ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels.
Strong leadership skills, must be capable of leading their organization on a continuous journey of sustained improvement.
