Regional Sales Manager

We are looking forward to a Regional Sales Manager in Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds business, based in Taiwan.

This individual will take responsibility for developing Crouse-Hinds business in Taiwan, achieve annual targets for Sales and Order, also maintain reasonable margin for whole fiscal year; Build up and develop Distributor Network in Taiwan to cover entire territory and key accounts; Beside O&G industry, also need to penetrate non-O&G industry, bring Eaton Crouse Hinds product to other segments.
Prepare Monthly/Yearly order and sales forecast, also tracking business operation weekly;
Develop strategy planning for Oil & Gas industry developing and key projects, and execute Sales activities on Projects and key Accounts, to achieve the Sales target;
Cooperate with Oil & Gas team to initiate market promotion activities, including seminars and trade shows, to improve the influence of Eaton Crouse Hinds in Taiwan market;
Pursue projects in key accounts, such as CPC, Formosa, etc, and other O&G and chemical companies.
Build up and maintain good relationships with EPCs & DCS, and System Integrators, Like CTCI, ABB, Honeywell, Lumax, Schneider, Siemens, etc.
Conduct Project analysis to understand customer needs across the Oil & Gas Segment and Key Accounts.
Promote product portfolio for whole Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds series, include in Oil & Gas Segment and Key Accounts.
Support on competitive analysis and identify market opportunities and threats;
Lead training for Distributor partners, support them to build up sales network, get flow business back in Taiwan;
Support R&D department to obtain necessary local product certification which required by Taiwan Market
If you are:
More than 5 years sales experience in Oil & Gas/ Chemical industry.
Strong technical background for both Electrical System and Instrument, like Power Distribution & Motor Control, Lighting system, Instrument, DCS/PLC control system. The knowledge of Explosion proof Principle & Ex-proof products would be required.
Project Management Skill and in-depth knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry in Taiwan would be necessary.
Good relationship with CTCI, CPC, Formosa and other O&G/Chemical companies as well as DCS company and factory automation system integrators would be a plus.
