We are looking forward to a Customer Service Representative in Eaton’s Power Quality business, based in Shenzhen China.

The successful candidate will perform the following commercial support activities to support multiple major product lines or Ledgers in assigned business:




* Handle sales forecast & orders from customers and take care of related inquires


* Coordinate among customers/ plants/SCM to secure on time delivery for customer orders with minimum inventory impact to plants


* Fulfil supportive data analysis and reporting assignments timely with accuracy




  • Communicate in various ways to customers on routine basis to understand customer forecast/demands/project undergoing

  • Receive customer orders and verify PN, price etc, and accurately key in order in SAP system timely

  • Confirm promise date to customers per written confirmation from contact person of related plants, keep tracking order status change with plant and customer, provide feedback immediately if any major change

  • Coordinate with customer & related plants for shipment arrangement and send shipping docs to customers timely

  • Drive various resources to solve customer issues /requirements and eager to share lesson learned cross the peers

  • Request & coordinate customer to provide rolling forecast,  complete forecast analysis & verification of variance and then load it to SAP system before due time;

  • Complete various reports required for business,  especially for weekly and monthly order report & sales report etc

  • Quote for new product.

  • Complete other jobs or tasks assigned by supervisor/manager as needed




If you are:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Sales Support, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management / International Trade or related areas.

  • 2 + years’ experience in Sales support, Customer Service, Supply Chain / Logistics field with good logic and number sense.

  • Good written & verbal English communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and patiently.

  • Good computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office (Excel/PPT) , and  good SAP (or equivalent ERP) knowledge & experience.

  • Process oriented and can work independently.

  • A good team player with good coordination skills.

  • Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
