We are looking forward to a Channel Sales Manager in Eaton’s electrical business, based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.

This exciting role is responsible for Promotes product sales to existing customers and identifies potential new customers. Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services. May customize product in order to meet client requirements. Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.

 

 

  • In charge of the channel sales for Taiwan market 

  • Good in customer relationship deep dive, propose solution and budget fit for customer best decision.

  • Identify and fulfil customer needs and create business opportunities

  • Strategy setting to approach possible opportunities, especially in 3 phase power solution

  • Organize thorough and detailed product presentation and conduct professional presentation at business occasions

  • Responsible for quotation content and delivery

  • Assist in organizing business events to stimulate business volume and market share

  • More than 3 year experience as a channel sales (preferable: in Power field)

  • In charge of the channel sales for Taiwan market 

  • Good in customer relationship deep dive, propose solution and budget fit for customer best decision.

 

 

 

Qualifications

If you are with:


  • Sales experience at least 5-8 years is preferred
  • Business Acumen: sales management, project management, business development, business analyze, marketing analyze and channel management
  • Customer complains handling and customer management
  • Sales & Price negotiation skills and communication skills
  • Government, Education & Public engineering tender support and product spec confirm
  • Experienced on Electrical tender support & Bank of Taiwan project support
