Job Description

Eaton’s Electrical Product Group is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position is based at our Houston, TX facility.

 

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business by answering incoming calls and supporting customers. In this role, you will complete customer service requests and complete administrative tasks.

  • You will answer incoming calls into general phone number for the facility

  • You will direct incoming calls to appropriate parties, as well as provide immediate assistance

  • You will review customer Purchase Orders in CRM

  • You will be responsible for reviewing credit standing

  • You will request necessary credit changes, and follow up on status

  • You will partner with the credit team to update customer account information

  • You will use CRM to create order entry forms based on PO documents

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Previous Customer Service experience

  • Computer skills in various programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • No relocation is being offered for this role.  All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the following Eaton locations: Houston, TX

 
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of Administrative experience

  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office CRM
