Función Principal: 

Associate Representative- Customer Service: the primary responsibility of this position is to enter all the orders received from our clients into the VISTA system manually to ensure that the customer orders are processed and reconciled on time to meet customer expectations. Also, the employee will manage and follow up the orders in coordination with the plant manufacturing to provide timely information to the customers about their orders. The employee will be the first line of contact between the clients and the manufacturing plant.

 

Tareas Principales: 

  1. Receives and processes Vista orders, following established business rules. Completes and verifies all data entry for the order as well as validates the information in the customer Purchase Order.

  2. Supports external customers; expedites requests with sense of urgency and proper responsiveness. Communicate potential disruptions to manufacturing plan.

  3. Responds to all client inquiries regarding open orders and transactions, including internal and external orders (local or from other Eaton locations).

  4. Proactively communicates with customers about orders and shipment status (both via email and VISTA system. Perform frequent and timely interaction with operations to verify orders status to ensure and and adherence to production schedule.

  5. Reports sales trends and customer order activity to Plant stakeholders as defined by Supply Chain Supervisor or Operations Manager

  6. Maintain order detractor reports.

  7. Promotes customer satisfaction and achieves cycle time reduction through team-based problem solving. Regularly participates in cross-functional teams to solve recurring customer issues.

  8. Fosters an environment which promotes Eaton’s goals and philosophy. Encourages continuous improvement and builds customer relationships.

  9. Coordinate and/or participate in all required department, plant and customer meetings.

  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and followed within each project.

Qualifications

Educación/Experiencia/Cerfiticaciones o Licencias:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Scheduling, Supply Chain or Manufacturing Coordination area within manufacturing environment.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without company sponsorship.

     

    Competencias/Conocimientos:

  1. Prioritizes, considers alternatives, and responds quickly and effectively to unexpected and rapidly changing conditions.

  2. Establish networking and interact with key persons/groups at all support departments whose assistance, cooperation, and support may be needed.

  3. Manage effectively high pressure situation.

  4. Ensure orders are acknowledging accordingly; create a check and balance process. Order with no Vista date pass 3 days or order entry must be resolved. New orders must honor if capacity allows the customer required date.

  5. Meeting with production to address issues, expedites and request pending

  6. Clear understanding of order status and follow up; account for every order from order entry to shipping.

  7. PC Proficiency including knowledge of Excel, Mapics and Microsoft Outlook.

  8. EHS practices, regulations, and procedures experience.

  9. Experience supporting internal/external audits including certification renewal.

  10. Proactive attitude towards problem solving and resolving issues that may affect plant/employees health, safety, and operations.

  11. Availability to work extended hours when required by management

  12. Bilingual – English\Spanish with good oral and written communication skills.
