Eaton’s Hydraulics division is currently seeking a Senior CRM Business Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Eden Prairie, MN facility.

The Senior CRM Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Eaton's CRM application, which includes web, mobile, and desktop versions that are used for Opportunity & Lead Management, Case Management, and Quote Management; CRM reporting; and the related business processes facilitated through CRM for Eaton's Hydraulics Business.  In this role, you will assist the Hydraulics' CRM Manager with strategic global process coordination and toolset capabilities and be a subject matter expert on the CRM application.

  • You will assist CRM Manager with global process alignment and reviewing change requests for the CRM system and tools (web, mobile, and desktop versions) and participate on Enterprise teams and IT projects related to system-wide toolset capabilities
  • You will develop and maintain Hydraulics' specific training materials and documentation related to global CRM process or new capabilities, North American utilization, support, and deployment of CRM processes, system, and reporting
  • You will coordinate and monitor CRM system activity and CRM reporting utilization across multiple business functions and operations (approx. 800 total users), deploying new or unused capabilities (system and reporting) based on business needs which are assessed from working with the applicable managers and process owners
  • You will assist with troubleshooting technical system issues and coordinate resolution with IT
  • You will perform Business Data Admin tasks required to support users and the business process and support Data Governance activities
  • You will develop and maintain training material and documentation on elements that are unique and specific to North America

  • You will provide training and general support on process or functionality questions

  • You will drive CRM process areas currently that are in scope, including Sales opportunities & leads, customer case management/issue resolution, and quote management

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in product management and/or sales
  • No relocation assistance is available for this position. The candidate for the role must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Eden Prairie, MN
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT or a technical related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Support, and CRM related processes, especially Opportunity Management and Case Management (customer issue resolution)

  • Experience with Oracle CRM: Siebel (or similar CRM applications – i.e. Salesforce) - able to have detailed user knowledge and understanding of technical aspects

  • Understanding capabilities of Oracle OBIEE reporting (or similar analysis tools) to define use cases for report development resources
  • Charting, pivot tables, and basic data analysis functions in Excel or Power BI (or similar tools)
  • Prior experience with training development and delivery

  • Ability to identify and capture enhancement needs, ensuring business requirements are properly identified, translated, and communicated

  • Ability to track and coordinate system enhancements and issues from identification to resolution

  • Ability to seek input and identify use cases on reporting needs to drive business results and coordinate with report development resources to deliver

  • Ability to use data analysis to enable improvements in customer engagement and customer experience

  • Ability to lead process change or improvement discussions with the relevant stakeholders from discovery, pilot, implementation, and analysis

  • Ability to work effectively with both non-technical personnel (business users, managers, and process owners) and technical personnel (IT teams and report developers)

  • Experience with being on project teams and leading aspects of projects; knowledge of project management fundamentals

  • Ability to work effectively in project teams where team members are not co-located

  • Ability to define problems, analyze data and draw valid conclusions that result in solid recommendations.

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of energy and personal drive.

  • Ability to demonstrate strong project management and organization skills.

  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and technical documents.
