HR Business Partner
Support the human resources Mgr of the Italian ES Sales Organization to achieve the strategic objectives while complying with all local regulations and ensuring alignment with the Eaton Philosophy and Values. It requires generalized knowledge and involvement in all specialized areas including, but not limited to, employee/labor relations, compensation, performance management, staffing, and safety.
Main responsibilities of the role are:
Act as a Business Partner supporting the local management team to implement programes to meet HR requirements supporting both the short and long term business needs.
Proactively implement, promote and maintain a Zero Incident Safety & Ethic Culture.
Understand the business strategies and identify opportunities to drive culture change to align the organization with the strategy
Develop and maintain a positive employee relations environment by adherence to Eaton’s Values, Ethics and Philosophies and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations relating to employment practices and division/corporate guidelines.
Ensure that all sites are in compliance with legal requirements and with Eaton programs and policies.
Keep all data up to date to maintain data integrity.
Advocate employee communication processes that inform employees to ensure a focus on strong employee relations across the entire organization.
Integrate and support all Eaton established processes, including organization capability assessment, employee survey, HR Operating Review, Performance management system.
Drive the recruitment, assessment, and selection of top talent in a timely manner, partnering with Staffing Center resources and hiring managers.
Support the development, training, and retention strategies to optimize resources and capability to build bench strength; strong succession planning and talent pipeline.
Employs coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behavior and business decisions consistent with Eaton Values and Philosophy.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships. Be an active listener and be open minded and flexible to ideas and suggestions.
Support the administration of compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices through systems that reward superior employee performance.
Participate in special projects and task groups as required.
