Master Production Scheduler
Eaton’s Transportation division is currently seeking a Master Production Scheduler to join our team. This position is based at our Tijuana facility.
The perfect candidate for this position will be become a materialist specialist. Will be SAP super user and point of reference in our facility.
This position will establish strong working relationships with Production and Costumer Service teams to ensure that there is a good understanding of customer requirements and changing demand conditions.

Responsible for the SIOP process.
Balances current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of customer requirements.
Develops Master Production Schedule process to use in Materials Requirements Planning system to generate requirements for manufactured and purchased parts whole ensuring desired inventory levels are maintained.
Analyzes data, including enterprise requirements planning information and prepares reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to ensure optimal supply chain execution.
Reviews planning parameters in order execution systems to ensure proper order generation
Coordinates with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service groups to maintain plant-wide production scheduling information.
Assists materials planning group in analyzing the need for, and size of, strategic inventories to meet customer demand fluctuations.
Generate information on scheduled demand items for use in Sales, Inventory, and Operational Planning (SIOP) process.
Consults with master scheduling peers in feeder or recipient manufacturing plants to ensure schedules are coordinated

3 to 5 yrs. Supply Chain experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
2 year minimum in MRP experience
Knowledge of materials planning systems (MRP/ERP) requirements and order generation process logic.
Detailed understanding of SIOP process
Experience in calculating and maintaining Kanban’s preferred
Great communication skills English and Spanish
APICS Certification is a plus
Strong Leadership skills
