Eaton’s Golf Pride division is currently seeking Facilities Supervisor to join our team. This position is based at our Pinehurst, NC facility.

The Golf Pride Facilities Supervisor will ensure that Golf Pride's Global Innovation Center (GIC) maintains  a world class brand image by managing day to day activities onsite and supplier relationships that support the GIC.  In this role, you will perform hands on maintenance work around the building, play a key support role in the site's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program, and maintain the grounds, the office space, the consumer retail space, the quality lab and the R&D prototyping lab.

  • You will maintain the Global Innovation Center (GIC) to a high standard consistent with Golf Pride's brand image

  • You will manage all internal building systems (lighting, HVAC, security, etc.) and initiate contact with service providers for required maintenance activities

  • You will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes including OSHA standards and regulations

  • You will administer the site security plan, including issuing employee, contractor, and visitor badges and determining access levels

  • You will perform regular inspections offsite safety equipment (emergency exit lighting, fire extinguishers, etc.) and maintain appropriate records

  • You will serve as the point of contact for subcontractors who provide perform work on the building, infrastructure, equipment, or grounds.  Examples include housekeeping, landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, etc.

  • You will establish relationships with local fire and police departments, as well as Pinehurst security, as the initial point of contact during a site emergency

  • You will perform basic building maintenance and limited preventative maintenance tasks on manufacturing and prototyping equipment.  Examples include replacing air filters, changing lights, hanging materials on walls, refilling hydraulic fluids

  • You will manage shipping and receiving activities, including the stocking of basic shipping materials

  • You will act as a Project Manager for any site improvement projects at the GIC.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in facilities management, HVAC, building maintenance, and/or construction management
  • No relocation will be offered for this position. The candidate for the role must presently reside within a 50 mile radius of Pinehurst, NC.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Experience with OSHA and/or EPA regulations
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Prior EHS experience is preferred
  • Hands on experience with industrial and/or heavy construction equipment
  • Experience with troubleshooting equipment
  • Golf industry experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web based information and documentation systems
Position Success Criteria:
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, engineers, customers or the general public.

  • Ability to stand up to 6 hours/day.

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
