This exciting role is participating in the formulation of credit management system and credit policy which are suitable for company, and formulate credit application examination system, credit limit approval system and transaction approval system.


Your essential responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operation for revenue recognition, billing, cash application, customer set up etc. in terms of OTC process
  • Participate in the improvement of credit management system and credit policy which is applicable for company

  • Review the main credit terms in sales contracts, monitor the implementation of credit control policies and standard processes. Ensure the timely and full collection of accounts receivable.

  • Update customer credit information regularly, evaluate customer credit status, and define appropriate credit period and credit limit.

  • Through full coordination and communication get the support from relevant functional departments and achieve the balance between business development and risk control. Tracking the progress of the bad debts collection through external means (e.g. litigation, third parties, etc.).

  • Provide periodical or irregular special credit control analysis reports for management, analyze relevant data and feedback to management, provide feasible suggestions

  • Business partner with sales and marketing function – Business analysis on the performance and forecast of monthly sales and orders, early warning the risk and opportunity to the management team.

  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors

 

Qualifications

If you are:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, finance or law.

  • More than 5 years credit management or financial work experience, experience in credit collection and credit control is preferred.

  • Good communication and logical skills.

  • Experience in internal control and ability to balance business needs.

  • Has a good sense of risk of receivables.

  • Has a high degree of enthusiasm for work, careful and meticulous, responsible for the work process and quality.
