Technical Customer Service Representative
Assist customer on a daily basis ,support the sales reps ,complete quotations , order processing and stock transfers. Complete all necessary documentation and processes required for the sales process.
Achieve monthly target while maintaining a low cost .Proactive in tracking orders and providing customer with feedback .Accurate and timeous completion of tasks. Assist Manager and staff with all relevant information regarding sales ,backorders and forecasts. Ability to offer technical advice on products and assist customer with selection where required. Liaise with various departments and external companies to achieve results. Accuracy of forecasting and capturing of orders are essential.
Grade 12/N3 and technical knowledge
3 -5 years’ experience in technical internal sales
N3 or higher
Telephone and email etiquette ,computer literate , knowledge of microsoft excel ,ability to work in a team and individually
