We established Eaton’s EMEA Business Service Center (BSC) in 2015 where more than 600 people are working on what matters. Our mission is to provide high value services to support internal and external customers across Eaton’s Electrical, Hydraulics, and Corporate functions in EMEA.

Our recruitment team is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment at our BSC in Budapest. You will be responsible for pro-actively identifying, screening and assessing talented candidates based on the Eaton competencies and leadership model. You will work closely the hiring managers, the HR Generalists, the extended HR team and the recruitment agencies as required.
You will make a difference by:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment activities from the job ad creation, posting until the job offer preparation.
Conducting phone and face to face interviews and representing HR in the whole selection process as part of the hiring team.
Sourcing candidates directly through social media and online job boards.
Providing a proper partner relationship management with stakeholders and key parties in the hiring process and giving input to the business on recruitment activities
Maintaining the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system (Taleo).
Analyze business requirements, assess alternative solutions, design develop and implement new recruitment ways
Managing outside third party vendors as the main contact, such that the hiring process is consistently followed and good relationships are maintained.
Addressing, reacting and/or solving unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company.
Participating in process improvement activities
Attending internal and external event to represent Eaton (including job fair)
Supporting and deploying Employer branding activities (employment advertisements, giveaways, internal events organization, referral program, external and internal communications) allowing easy recognition and positive image of the site.
Design site related processes, policies in line with EMEA & Global requirements as required
Your experience matters:
Previous experience in recruitment and sourcing in corporate sites and/or consultancy
Experience interfacing with all levels of partners and business customers.
College/University degree or equivalent
Strong team player
Strong customer service skills for internal and external clients are required.
Ability to deal with confidential information in an appropriate professional manner.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills for complex problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use analytical skills to research and resolve.
Knowledge of any additional EMEA Language (Dutch, French, German, Italian…)
Experience using Taleo application
Experience in Employer Branding
SHL CEB testing knowledge
