You will join our eMobility Division, which is currently experiencing massive growth following various major wins. eMobility designs and manufactures innovative energy converters primarily used in the automotive industry. Your main responsibility will be the coordination of projects of development and industrialization of products. We are looking for an engineer experienced in industrial product development projects. You could be based at our Montrottier plant (less than an hour away from Lyon), or at our Les Ulis office (less than an hour away from Paris). Some remote work may be envisaged.


- Coordinate the projects until the products are put into production in compliance with the normative standards and taking into account the customer's requirements
- Ensure the client interface during the course of projects
- Consolidate and manage schedules through internal tools
- Manage changes in customer needs from the technical, planning and commercial perspectives
- Coordinate teams in development and industrialization projects
- Guarantee quality, costs and deadlines through indicators
- Ensure the configuration management of the products delivered to the customer
- Ensure document management of the project
- Facilitate and write reviews of internal and clients project meetings, and follow up on action plans



- Technical degree, ideally in electrical or electronic engineering
- Strong experience in project management related to the development and industrialization of industrial products, ideally in the automotive sector
- Good level of English
