We are looking forward to an Associate Analyst – IT (EDI) in Eaton’s Enterprise IT business, based in Pune, India.

This exciting role is required to manage implementation of EDI products and services for new and existing trading partners, by coordinating all activities including initial stages of contact, developing requirements definition, construction, testing and the roll out while working very closely with trading partners and other team members.
EDI analyst will serve as a liaison between internal customer/supplier facing departments and external trading partners and identify opportunities to leverage EDI technology to reduce costs, improve accuracy and comply with trading partner requirements.
Your essential responsibilities:
A. Evaluate and analyze customer/supplier EDI business requirements, arrange communication setup, develop SI maps as necessary to implement mutually agreeable EDI solutions as required by different Eaton groups.
B. Set up Trading Partner Relationship in SI Production environment after successfully conducting User Acceptance Testing.
C. Coordinate the daily EDI operations.
D. Create and maintain EDI maps and business processes.
E. Handle development projects independently and provide project management for runner and repeater projects.
F. Responsible for generating and maintaining process flow/procedure documentation as it relates to EDI.
If you are:
Bachelor in Engineering/B.E/B. Tech and/or required equivalent
Overall 2-3 years of development experience
Experience of SAP, Oracle, MFG/Pro ERPs systems will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the organization
