Eaton’s Power System division is currently seeking a Training Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro facility.

Control and optimization of the training expenses assigned to the allocated budget.
Preparation and follow-up of the employee training plan based on the APEX development plans and business needs.
Fulfillment of the training objectives.
Support efforts to create credibility in the department and develop working relationships with other areas.
Have training records available for internal and external audits that ensure organizational and legal compliance.
Contribute to a safe work environment through a culture of accident prevention.
Promote the vision of the company, actively support Eaton's ethics and values, as well as quality and safety policies.
Motivates and advises employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity and quality through the available means of communication.
Coordinate and manage what is related to the Operator Certification process.
Internal administration of students.

Compliance in APEX process time (Objectives and development plans)
University Studies in Administration, Psychology or Industrial Relations or related.
Intermediate level of the English language (able to maintain conversations, writing and reading)
2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge in Excel, LFT, STPS, audits and union.
