As the Regional Fulfilment Specialist, you will be leading and driving the EMEA supply base to improve their on-time delivery to our plants.
You will be working across a wide range of commodities to develop and implement solutions that allow the Fuel Division to meet our on-time delivery targets and sales goals. This role will support the three plants in the UK region, it is a multi-site role
You will work within our world class Supply Chain team at our Titchfield site and you will engage with the buying and commodity teams.
Your key deliverables:
- A key part of the role will be providing negotiating solutions with suppliers and building a strong relationship with them in order to effectively manage and deliver solutions to ensure capacity and delivery align with Eaton target needs.
- The role will include analysis of the end to end manufacturing process of current suppliers
- A large part of this role is successfully implementing solutions to eliminate issues with suppliers and supplier performance
- To do this role effectively you must be able to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to support delivery of Procurement objectives including but not limited to the following stakeholders:
Supplier Quality Engineering.
Supplier Development Engineering
Plant Materials Management
Plant Production Managers
Plant and Divisional Supply Chain leadership.
You will be expected to travel to supplier sites across the UK quite often
It will be required to action site reports, supplier quality reports and supplier risk management
Working to a target of 95% it is essential that this individual ensures the suppliers are adhering to the same process as Eaton
- We are looking for a candidate with a solid buying background
That has dealt with commodity management
You will have experience with supplier development and supplier quality management
You will be working in a manufacturing plant environment
Educated to degree level
A solid background in working with ERP
The successful candidate will have a full understanding of supply chain which involves but is not limited to inventory management, demand planning, procurement and logistics
MGFpro experience required.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with some program management experience
We would welcome candidates who are certified within six sigma
