We are looking for Regional Sales Manager, Energy Automation Solutions (EAS) in Eaton’s Corporate Division, across Asia Pacific.

This role is responsible in managing internal sales within the assigned territory - Internal Sales. Developing and managing sales channels within the assigned territory - Sales Channel Manager. Developing VIP accounts and managing promotion strategies and events within Asia Pacific Region.
Your essential responsibilities:
Oversee business development: make direct sales to customers and end-users and improve results
Scout around for, qualify and actively follow small to medium opportunities ($0-$70k USD)
Develop customer accounts, manage maintenance contracts and prepare budgets
Pre-process customer orders and issue internal orders
Oversee invoicing, shipping and payment follow-ups
Coordinate training activities with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop various sales channels by innovating and having an overall vision of opportunities
Develop promotional and sales strategies while coordinating and facilitating technical support
Assist with the on-boarding of new resellers/distributors, including training, technical training organization, following up during the launch period and offering ongoing help
Support and help implementing operational improvements
Investigate strategic customers’ development plans within the assigned territory (technological and strategic)
Align sales strategies with corporate objectives
Share capabilities of current and potential business partners to develop accounts on several fronts
Retain and commit customers in the continuing development of CYME products and solutions
Scout around for new opportunities in the field and develop appropriate strategies
Develop the market and implement sales growth
Collaborate with the technical team
Plan visits at current and potential high-value customers
Plan events and seek interaction with external or internal experts who can help with the development and reputation of our products.
Write and update reports on technological evolutions observed in the field
Proactively get involved in improving company’s results, particularly for his/her territory
If you have:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
3-5 years’ experience with Microsoft Suite applications and ERP systems
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a role of solid business relationship development
Willing to travel across Asia Pacific
MBA or marketing or business development certification
10 years’ experience in products, solutions and engineering services sales
In-depth market knowledge within the assigned territory
