Senior Auditor – South America
We are looking for a Senior Auditor – South America in Valinhos – SP.
Conducts audits in assigned areas, under the supervision of the audit leader, in accordance with audit programs to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, and procedures at Eaton operations;
Prepares written audit findings and recommendations to address audit moderate to low complexity issues for discussion with local management;
Participates in opening and closing meetings with local and senior management;
Gathers information as part of the annual Risk Assessment process, Identifying risks and weaknesses and to the preparation of the Annual Audit Plan;
Represents Audit Manager taking on certain assigned activities under the direct supervision of the project leader;
Follows-Up and Reviews implemented Management Action Plans and Audit findings remediation with limited direct supervision of the Audit Manager;
Counsels for accounting, compliance and internal controls matters.

Education / Experience required to meet position qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting or similar areas;
- Cumulated experience in internal or external audit;
- Experience in documenting and testing internal controls;
- Experience in a manufacturing environment;
- Advanced English;
- ERP knowledge such as SAP, Oracle and MFG/Pro;
- Knowledge in IFRS and U.S. GAAP or local GAAP;
- Is organized and delivers expected results and meets deadlines;
- Availability to travel – up to 40%
Education / Experience desirable to meet position qualifications:
- Knowledge of SOX concepts;
- Knowledge of cost accounting;
- Advanced Spanish.
