Channel Partner Administrative Manager

Job Description



Reporting to the sales manager ICPD/PDC. This position is to create a harmonious connection between the everyday functions of sales representatives, marketing, product line and preferred partners by interacting and recording appropriate measures and activities with the sole purpose of enhancing customer experience and ensuring maximum leverage from every opportunity created.




  • PAP (Partner Advanced Program)-record, manage and update as required from time to time

  • Channel partner stock profiles- record, manage and update as required from time to time

  • Construct month end/quarterly report/presentation- collect data and input from sales, marketing and product line. – report

  • Construct and maintain customer discount register- Share and communicate with customer service as required

  • Manage channel partner agreements- ensure agreements are up to date and annual acknowledgements are updated

  • Training Requirements- record, manage and update as required from time to time

  • Manage channel partner monthly meetings- take minutes and communicate action points monthly (via WebEx)

  • Stock Rotation- Ensure stock rotation is according to policy

  • Credits- initialize first document for credit return (return for credit authorisation form)

  • Literature support- first point of call for product literature


  • Fluent in English (speak, read and write)

  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office - word, excel and power point)

  • 2 years office administration in electrical related business would be an advantage

  • Must be able to transvers cultural differences and obstacles
