Order Picker - Material Handler
Eaton’s Electrical Systems division is currently seeking a Material Handler (picker) 1st Shift to join our team. This position is based at our Watertown, WI facility.
The Material Hander is responsible for functions supporting all material handling including but not limited to picking, packet printing, and other duties as required. This individual is required to work within a team environment and supports other areas and employees on a regular basis. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

You will know and understand stock location procedures for picking & stocking material.
You will pick parts per lists provided in assembly packets.
You will print packets and appropriate labels for all production lines and verify accuracy of assembly packet documents.
You will support cycle count, recycling, stocking Kanban bins, and physical inventory programs.
You will update daily backlog as required.
You will relocate and restock items as required, including updating inventory locations.
You will support cycle counts, recycling program, and annual physical inventory as needed.
You will operate and maintain certification on powered industrial truck (forklift), pallet jack, and other material handling equipment.

High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United Sates without company sponsorship.
No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of the Watertown, WI will be considered.
Previous powered industrial truck experience is preferred.
Previous stocking experience is preferred.
Previous material handling experience including operating a pallet jack is preferred.
Position Success Criteria:
Must be self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Ability to learn and use Vista, MFG/Pro, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and follow internal procedures as assigned.
Responsible for complying with environmental and security rules and procedures.
Must be able to life & handle up to 35 pounds on a frequent basis.
Must be able to lift & handle up to 50 pounds using team lifting techniques on an occasional basis.
Must be able to work for 7-10 hours per day without sitting.
