We are looking forward to a Senior Sales - Enterprise in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Taipei, Taiwan.

This exciting role is to develop key enterprise sales efforts within the country either direct or through partners; achieve annual sales and growth targets.

  • Achieves the target of PQ sales revenue.
  • Formulates and implement a sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives in line with corporate and regional strategies.

  • Develops and implements plans to increase market-share and profitability of enterprise products and services (value-based concept).

  • Build relationships with key customers to enhance long term business prospects. Establish strong key account focus with high level of CRM

  • Works with marketing primes to implement the company’s marketing communication strategy in order to sustain the brand image.

  • Mobilises EATON local and regional resources to close enterprise projects and creates satisfied customers.

  • Complies with customer or projects bid review process and provides bid management documents in accordance with policies and process requirements of the project or customer.

  • Maintains a cooperative working relationship with all other Eaton departments, focusing on providing a high level of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.


If you are:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Enterprise Solution selling (Semiconductor, Critical infrastructure, Data Centre)
