We are looking for a EHS Manager in Guaratinguetá – São Paulo.
Translating the objectives of operational metrics, quantitative and qualitative requirements with regards to people, materials and resources into action;
Manage and develop the assigned team so that the objectives are met and, if necessary, take timely corrective actions;
Oversee and adhere to procedures, business principles, guidelines, regulations, norms, standards, safety, quality and environmental regulations; work according to manufacturing Lean principles;
Direct plant safety programs to minimize accident or injury occurrence and to meet all regulatory standards;
Assure prompt and accurate reporting systems on all aspects of plant operations including inventory, labor, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, in order to monitor performance against plant objectives;
Sustain an excellent relationship with customers and support areas.

- Degree in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering, chemistry, industrial hygiene, safety or equivalent. Masters degree in technical or business field desirable;
- Advanced English;
- Ability to direct and lead cross-functional process improvement teams;
- Supervisory and management experience with an emphasis in environmental, health and safety program management and employee training;
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
- Thorough knowledge and training for hazardous/toxic waste requirements;
- Detailed comprehension of industry/state/country specific environmental, health, and safety requirements;
