This exciting role will be responsible to support achieving functional objectives by providing valuable insights through HR Analytics on Talent Acquisition. Talent Development, Talent Retention & Attrition along with broader HR initiatives and HR programs aligned with short and long-term business objectives. This role of HR Analyst at Eaton India Innovation Center will report to the HR Manager. The position will support respective teams to establish and maintain various dashboards for businesses on HR domains.


Your essential responsibilities:

  • Work with and provide consultation to HR leaders on unique, customized data related requirements and data analysis (simple and complex)

  • Source, extract, compile and structure data to prepare for analysis - Required

  • Support insights for HR owned presentations, build powerful visualizations - Required

  • Set priorities and complete projects within expected timelines - Required

  • Provide appropriate reporting support - Required

  • Contribute to intellectual programming source codes and infrastructure for quantitative people analytics

  • Pro-actively uses data to research and identify business problems, collaborates with business partners to diagnose data supported root causes and potential actions that can shift numerical results

  • Maintain HR Matrices, Functional Excellence Scorecards and Dashboards.

  • Use data for driving decisions

  • Hiring analysis

  • Development program Analytics

  • OPEX (operational excellence) Analytics

  • Retention Analysis


If you are:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Statistics

  • MBA-HR is preferred

  • 2-5 yrs. of relevant rich experience in analytics

  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbal/written)

  • Good decision making and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of Process Flows (Business/HR etc.)

  • Technical Skills

  • Visualization Tools: PowerPoint / Excel / Power BI

  • Reporting Tool: Advanced Excel/OBIEE

  • Programming Languages: R/Python/Alteryx/SAS
