As Finance Supervisor (AP/AR), you will be responsible for effective, accurate, completed and timely monthly and yearly closing processes including variance analysis and various financial report (e.g aging report, IMD, invoice on hold report etc.) as well as controlling all accounting modules.This position requires managerial skills, leverage of technical information to AP & AR team in the mean time and lead of any audit, ICs, ERP projects, invoice structures.

Your key deliverables:

  • Participate in internal control activities and complete balance sheet reconciliation according to SOX requirements
  • Conduct monthly inter-company (IC) balance confirmation process for all IC suppliers
  • Manage accounting process for inter-company charges (IC) both receivables and  payables with focus on correct allocation of costs
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial and business practices
  • Ensure close communication and stakeholder management between Financial Shared Service and Eaton
  • Participate in preparation of information for / during financial audits (internal /external)
  • Supports effective, accurate, complete and timely monthly and yearly closing processes
  • Review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
  • Ensure compliance with Eaton financial policies, US GAAP, local statutory regulations, internal control and SOX
  • Manage & improve financial controls & processes while mitigating issues
  • Develop relationships and resolve issues with vendors 
  • Collaborate with Accounting Dept. for accruals at the each end of month close


Are you?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting / finance, preferably in AP/AR
  • Holding know-how relating to US GAAP,  local regulations and accounting standards in IFRS
  • Preferably experienced in the use of Oracle
  • Highly experienced in the use MS Office Tools, especially MS Excel
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities often with demanding time constraints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to achieve clear alignment between business and region/division
  • Fluency in English is required
