Process Quality Manager
Eaton’s Vehicles division is currently seeking a Process Quality Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Reynosa facility.
The Process Quality Manager is responsible for Creates the Strategy to control and ensures quality of assembly products, aligned with the Eaton Quality Management System (EQMS) and Specific Customer Requirements.

Ensures suitable customer communication in compliance with their requirements:
- Balance score cards and actions.
Failure Analysis on time with effective actions
- BIQ Certifications, Q1, etc.
Ensure process documentation maintenance according to plan.
External, process and product Audits Findings analysis to define strategic actions.
- Defines supplier Performance goals and leads improving strategy.
Defines MRB /Hold aging targets ensuring strict compliance.
Ensures Non-conforming / Deviation product procedure and MCO.
Promotes Quality Policy in all levels of the organization.
Ensures Compliance of the Eaton Quality Management System.
- Plant initiatives.
Management and development of functional competencies for Engineering, process quality, suppliers and laboratories.

- Mechanic Engineer, Electro mechanic Engineer, Industrial Engineer Degree or similar
- Master’s Degree
- 3-5 years as a Quality Supervisor or Management position
- Knowledge on Automotive Standards and OEM specific requirements.
- Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Bilingual. (English/Spanish)
- Leadership Skills
- Communication and negotiation Skills
- Six Sigma/Black Belt
- Core Tools
- Inspection and Testing
