This exciting role is part of a fast paced, and sales orientated team in a large multi-national company.

 

 

This position directly reports to Sales Director - Emerging Markets SEA, manage sales and marketing activities in Thailand to ensure customers and business expectations are met or exceeded.  Continue to improve customers relations, build up new sales channels and in line with Emerging Markets and South-East Asia regional strategies and performance targets

 

 Your essential responsibilities:

  • Determine annual sales and profit plans by implementing sales and marketing strategies of Hydraulics products sales at assigned customers in Thailand
  • Analyze key market segments, business trends and competitors activities
  • Determine annual business plan, monthly review sales performance of existing sales channels, determine area development with actions plan to ensure productivity and goal achievement
  • Identify new OEM customers and new sales channels to cover untapped markets, accounts or new products
  • Provide essential support to existing, new sales channels and new OEM customers on sales and marketing activities such as price inquiries, technical inquiries, new products update, exhibitions, seminars, road-shows
  • Support customers complaints, claims on products and services by coordinating with customer services and division to ensure highest degree of premier customers services
  • Liaise effectively with other departments such as Marketing, Pricing, Customer Service, Logistic, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Products and GMO team
  • Responsible of accurate and on-time submission of all documents/ reports on assigned tasks

Qualifications


If you are:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Hydraulics, Hydraulics Filter and/ or related products
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Management of Distribution Channel and/ or OEMs sales
  • Strong Technical and/or Sales Skills of Industrial products
  • Good knowledge of key industries such as Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Construction & Mining, Discrete Manufacturing (ex. Plastic Injection Machines, Press Machines, Automotive), Processing (ex. Still Mills, Sugar Mills, Paper Mills, Cement Mills, POM).  
  • Energetic, Quick Learner, Self-starter, Self-motivated, Result driven with good Attitude and Service mind
  • Ability to work as a team and can be work independently under pressure
  • Own transportation with driving license and be able to travel (domestic and oversea)
