Sr FP&A Analyst
Eaton’s Hydraulic division is currently seeking a Sr FP&A Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro facility.
The Sr FP&A Analyst is responsible to provide financial leadership to the operations in the planning and execution of business goals and objectives. Drive the weekly, monthly and annual reporting processes within the plant.

Support profit plan, monthly forecasts, weekly updates, and financial flashes.
Drive improvements in flex productivity by providing insightful analysis.
Consolidate production and sales flashes and drive actions to deliver the results.
Report, analyze, and monitor scrap generated in the plant
Prepare the daily and weekly report and look for areas of opportunities.
Support special activities such as physical inventories, internal audit, and control assessments.
Calculate and register the exchange rate revaluations.
Review Sox reconciliations related to the position.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards across the operation.

- QUALIFICATIONSRequired (Basic) Qualifications:
3 years of experience in corporate or public Accounting environment
MFG pro, Oracle, Encore and RSD knowledge.
Understanding of budgets and cost drivers.
Basic working knowledge of accounting and / or cost. Should possess excellent computer skills and communication abilities
Should be very comfortable working in a team environment on overlapping goals.
Strong results orientation and bias for action.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Managerial Skills preffered
