The EMEA region has deployed its new regional HR Services (HRS) center which is serving the HR community, Managers & employees in the region with a set of HR related services & activities. The first 2 phases have covered the UK, France & Italy and Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland and Luxembourg, and will continue to grow and expand in terms of services offered and country supported, in 2017 we have included in our scope Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Czech Republic, and in 2018 we expanded in Poland and Romania.


The HR Services Specialist will be responsible for the execution of transactional customer facing duties within the talent acquisition and administration work streams within HR Services, main responsibilities will include:


* Handle complex, confidential, and/or sensitive inquiries/requests and assume ownership of cases, following established processes.

* Support the review, update, and maintenance of HR Services documentation for assigned areas (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions) to ensure complete, accurate, and up-to-date depiction of processes

* Proactively escalates issues as needed to the appropriate partner within HR

* Follow up with employees and managers on incomplete processes, resolution of HR and benefit issues, timesheet discrepancies

* Perform quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all HR services delivered to partners

* Identify areas of process improvement and potential liability regarding HR compliance

* Provide necessary trainings to new HR team members and managers concerning HR Services procedures

* Coordinate, assist and conduct investigations as assigned

* Prepare reports and analyze data on HRS metrics and translate for use in discussions for performance review meetings

* Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors

* Participate in HR projects

* Give mentoring support for junior team members/new joiner


• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

Position Criteria:

• Experience with HR related subject matter including: recruitment & selection, compensation, benefits & data privacy

• Proven ability to effectively communicate across the organization

• Must be able to demonstrate strong customer service, organizational and communication skills

• Ability to utilize Excel’s analytical functionality for data analytics and reporting

• Utilize a variety of technology platforms to conduct daily work (HRMS, Case System, Taleo, Microsoft Suite, etc.)

• Perfect fluency in English and Italian


• Understanding of financial metrics

• Experience with developing and deploying site-wide training plans

• Knowledge of human resource management and other talent systems

• Experience with Microsoft applications

• Experience working with internet based applications

• Bachelor’s degree with human resource focus
