Customer Service Representative
The primary function of this role is to coordinate all customer queries & opportunities for the EMEA sales region, providing timely information to all customers. You will work closely with the product line sales managers to proactively support and coordinate internal activities for their specified region including:
- providing quotations
- supporting on time delivery targets
- generating and working on daily sales reports
- coordinating internal communication to resolve customer queries
In order to be successful in the role you will need to:
- be fluent in written and spoken English
- have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- have experience of SAP or similar customer relationship management systems.
