Materials Planning Analyst

Place appropriate purchasing orders as per SAP requisition plan, and release to vendors
- after verification by related authority.
Confirm purchasing orders timely and manage overdue orders.
Periodically review o/s orders with suppliers, and re-confirm the delivery schedule with
vendors in accordance with pull in/push out/cancel information in MRP.
Opportunely provide W/O material shortage report and sales order material status
- report everyday
Confirm the accuracy of materials parameters with sourcing/manufacturer and update the
- correct information periodically.
Handle materials delivery issue, quality issue etc. in time to ensure the material delivery schedule can fulfill production request.
Review suppliers’ payment statement and collect all AP from vendors monthly
Keep good and close communication with vendors, and participate in the vendor
- performance evaluation
Prevent and manage slow moving materials. Control inventory at appropriate level to achieve company’s material turn over target.
- ECN approval and materials management.
Assist Section Manager to enhance the process to establish internal projects as well as to achieve the target
- Any other tasks assigned by Section Manager.
At least 3 years or above related experiences in purchasing, material control in large
- electronics enterprises.
Be familiar with materials control, purchasing, inventory control; Coordinate materials quality issue,
and know about the marketing background of related materials.
Be familiar with ERP system, especially module of SAP MM/PP
Good command of MS office tools, especially excel.
Fluent in both reading and writing English, good communication skills is required.
