Job Description

Eaton’s Eletrical division is currently seeking a Sales Senior Engineer  to join our team. This position is based in Monterrey.

The Sales Senior Engineer is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing commercial plans within an assigned sales territory and/or accounts.

 

The Sales Senior Engineer will be also responsible of:

Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations and requirements, based on customer and market

needs.

Builds relationship with key customers, distributors, resellers, OEMs, contractors and end users to enhance long-term

business prospects and support the assigned accounts to penetrate new accounts.

Elaborate visit customer agenda and make the report out, customers contact information (purchasing, accounts payable,

warehouse, planning, operations, staff, etc).

Training to distributors and any other customer to create product understanding and awareness.

Maintain POP material with assigned accounts and supervise Sales Promoters.

Get voice of the customer (VOC) to contribute to the roadmap process.

Report out all the competitor’s initiative to support business intelligence.

Administrate all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response (purchase

orders, back order, material returns, order clarification, etc.), give support to internal customers to solve any issue related

with the assigned accounts and facilitate the communication with Account Receivable to solve any clarification when is

needed.

Review distributors inventory levels and suggests action plans.

Forecast sales accuracy.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• BS Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution required.

• Experience: 3-5 years in similar position

• English: Written and spoken

• SAP or any ERP

• Windows Office

• 100% travel availability
