Eaton’s Corporate division is currently seeking a GFSS T&E / AMEX Card Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Querétaro facility.
This is a Travel Expense and AMEX Card analyst role in Global Financial Services and Systems located in Queretaro, Qro. The role supports the global Concur Expense (Concur) system, the Corporate Travel Card and the Corporate Purchasing Card. This position supports an evolving global group of internal customers. Administers the Corporate Travel Card and Corporate AMEX Card for all Mexican and Latin-American locations (new cards, card changes and card cancellations).
Maintains global Concur user setups.
Administers the Mexican and LA Business Travel Accounts (approvals) and prepares monthly Concur expense reports for payment of the accounts.
Actively analyzes data to prevent delinquencies on the Corporate Travel Card for Mexican and Latin-American cardholders.
Prepares monthly aging reports for Corporate Travel Card transactions transactions. Performs follow-up procedures to reduce aged transactions.
Prepares monthly Corporate Travel Card program metrics/statistics used for management reporting.
Analyzes issues, troubleshoots problems and provides global support for Concur and the Corporate Travel Card.
Supports the Financial Services and Systems customers who utilize the Finance Services Catalog in various queues.
Recognizes and implements process improvements and cost-out initiatives for Global Financial Services and Systems.
Leads small initiatives and projects to implement process improvements and set up new services.
Centralize and manage all the AMEX BCAs across the Country.

Financial accounting systems experience
Proven problem solving and communication skills in English, both oral and written
Strong customer service orientation
SQL*Plus (ad hoc query software) a plus
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Travel Expense, Purchasing Card or Corporate Card Program experience, including using the Concur Expense system
- Must have good time management skills
Must be highly motivated, highly analytical and a self-starter
Must maintain professionalism when interacting with internal departments and external vendors
Must be flexible in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
